Please get in touch with us through our Contact page or email us directly with as much information about your project as possible along with your architectural plans and documents if you have them. If we need to gain more of an understanding of your project, we will email you a short questionnaire.
Managing Director, James Kiely, will meet you on site to discuss your project. This is where we delve into it a little more and get to know each other. This meeting is important because if we do end up working together, we’ll be spending a lot of time with each other over the course of the project, it’s therefore essential for both parties to assess whether we will be a good fit.
Following the site meeting we should be able to give you a “ballpark” figure for your project, provided you have given us enough information. If you then decide that you would like to move to the next stage, we will prepare a comprehensive quotation detailing all aspects of your project and our tender price. Following acceptance of the tender, we will prepare a contract for you to sign, develop a timeline for the project and arrange a start date.
After the building permit is obtained, work can commence on your project. We work to strict building timelines and will provide you with regular updates and communication throughout the entire construction process.
Before we hand over the keys, we will make sure that you are happy with all aspects of your home by carrying out a full quality assurance inspection. We will also provide you with a comprehensive Home Owner’s Manual which includes your warranty information and servicing and cleaning instructions.
We stand by the quality of our homes and the high standard of our workmanship. Our relationship doesn’t end when we hand over the keys to your new home – we will be back in three months’ time to provide a “health check”, but you are welcome to contact us at any point. Your home is also backed by a ten-year structural warranty and two-year non-structural warranty.
We understand that throughout the construction journey, adjustments may be necessary as sometimes what may appear impressive on paper, may not translate well into reality.
We take on a limited number of projects at a time which means that we can focus on each project with meticulous attention to detail.
The team at The Kiely Group all take pride in their work and are continually honing their skills, and staying abreast of industry trends and advancements.
